Flower Formulas: More Than You Want To Know

http://biology.clc.uc.edu/Courses/bioall/plant%20families.htm

This is a university biology class website that goes into more detail than is required for a course specifically about native plants but I thought it would be helpful to review the background on flower formulas and how they are computed.

This is a long glossary of everything you ever wanted to know about naming plants and flower parts. Links to pages about every facet of a leaf you could imagine. Useful, but overwhelming, reference.

Whoever posted this resource found an incredible site. I thought I would do a quick view, but 30 minutes later I was still making new finds. Thank you!
